As a resident of Oak Hill* for the past 16 years, I like to provide interested neighbors with market snapshots of how real estate is performing in our city.

*Oak Hill, a satellite city within Metro Nashville, encompasses 8 square miles with about 1,800 homes, and 4,700 residents. Exclusive single-family zoning, and low-density housing on large, tree-filled lots make Oak Hill unique to other areas in Davidson County. The city is also home to Radnor Lake, a 1300-acre State Natural Area.
