Happy Thanksgiving

For many of us, last year meant separation from our loved ones during the holidays, and I am beyond grateful to be able to gather with my extended family this year.

I want to wish everyone a safe and healthy holiday and hope you can find comfort and joy in being with the ones you love, be it family or friends. It can be a lonely time of year for so many, so let’s pull up an extra chair for any who may need a place to belong.

We will be 11 this year and I’m throwing a new dish into the mix of the usual suspects. I wanted something bright and fresh to complement all the warm hearty dishes, and I think this will be a good fit. I found it on the NY Times Cooking site – I’ll let you know how it goes.

The main dish will be boudin stuffed chicken for the 3rd year in a row – we gave up on turkey years ago – I know – sacrilege to some, but we’re a motley crew who like to mix it up.

For anyone looking to bring a local Nashville sweet treat to their gathering – the GooGoo shop has reopened and it looks amazing. More about the new changes and custom GooGoo options can be found here.

I’ll be back with the end of the year market stats in my next correspondence – for now, I just wanted to say I’m grateful for all of you and wish you all the best wherever you may be this week.

Until next time!
